What is CIS Response?

CIS Response is a full-service provider of Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) training and awareness seminars.

Our philosophy is to help both new and established CISM teams to provide the best possible training for their people, with the least amount of administrative fuss, while holding the expense of training down to an affordable level.

As a service provided by Janelle & Associates Consulting Ltd. (an International Critical Incident Stress Foundation - ICISF Approved Trainer organization), CIS Response can arrange any size conference, at any location, with expert handling of all planning, design, registration, marketing, advertising, site assessment and staging functions, as well as award-winning instructors fluent with up-to-date course curriculum and custom-designed Microsoft PowerPoint™ training presentations.

How does CIS Response work?

Good CISM teams need good training to properly carry out their mandate of caring for co-workers in times of critical need. However, many organizations can neither provide the necessary expert instruction nor afford the time, effort and expense required to run an in-house CISM training program.
